Return & Exchange Policy
The return or exchange request can be placed within 3 days from the day your order has been delivered.
Please note: It is mandatory to capture an uncut/unedited package opening video for claiming any return/replacement for defective products. No refund/replacement request will be entertained without an uncut/unedited package opening video.
In case you receive a defective/wrong product, the reverse pickup will be generated by us and the shipping charges will be covered by us. You don’t have to pay anything for the return courier.
If the customer’s pin code is non-serviceable by our courier partners, then the customer is liable to self-ship the product(s) and the shipping charges upto ₹100 for tees and upto $200 for hoodies, jackets and sweatshirts are 100% refundable if customer receives defective/wrong product(s).

Please note: We suggest you to select a reliable courier service rather than the cheapest option.
Kindly pack the product(s) properly to prevent damage during transit. Please ensure the product(s) must be in unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. We will inspect the product upon receipt for its condition, missing tags etc. If the product is found to be used, damaged or tags are missing, no refund will be provided.
Refund Policy
Prepaid Orders: The refund for the prepaid order will be processed within 3 working days after receiving your order at the warehouse and quality check of the product(s). The refund amount will be reflected in the respective payment mode.
Exclusive Discount Coupon Code
Note: If you’ve placed a prepaid order using an exclusive discount coupon code, the value of the coupon code will be refunded through another exclusive coupon code and the remaining amount will be paid through your original payment mode.
Non-exclusive Discount Coupon Code
For prepaid and cash on delivery orders placed using non-exclusive coupon codes only the amount paid will be refunded, and no exclusive coupon code will be issued. You are free to use any of the non-exclusive coupon codes available on the site/advertised elsewhere to make another purchase.
Refund of Cash on Delivery Orders
For COD Orders: An exclusive coupon code of the ordered value will be sent to your registered email address/contact number within 48 working hours after receiving your order at the warehouse and quality check of the product(s). You can use the exclusive coupon code to make future shopping on our website. We do not refund payments for cash on delivery orders using electronic modes.
Cancellation Policy
COD orders: All COD orders are confirmed by us by a phone call. So, if you change your mind after placing order, you can simply say so when we call you for verification. We will not process your order.
Pre-paid orders: For pre-paid orders we will not ask for a phone verification. We process such orders within a few hours of placement. If you change your mind, you have to cancel the order within the first hour of placing it and ask for a refund.
Once the order is sent for printing or manifested for pick-up by our courier partner(s) we will not be able to accept a cancel request. Such orders will go through and will be delivered as usual.
The cancellation request for your order can be done within the first few hours of placing the order from your My Account area.
Things to Consider
The customers are requested to check the size guide before placing the order.
The colour of the product(s) may vary as per the customer’s screen resolution, brightness settings and the colour cast of the screen and any ambient light.
Please provide your WhatsApp registered number and your email for timely updates and a better shopping experience.
If the customer receives a torn parcel/unrelated product(s)/empty parcel, they are requested to raise a query within 24 hours of delivery. We recommend our customers to create a package opening video of the parcel too. This is mandatory for refund/replacement requests.
